She has experience creating online content and writing straight-up print documentation using tools
of the trade—Framemaker, RoboHelp, Snagit, MS Word, Visio, and Power Point, and then some.
Valerie Bean brings more than two decades of
experience in corporate environments to all her writing assignments.
She has written magazine and newspaper articles; her work has been published in national, regional,
and community print publications, as well as online.

For three years, Valerie blogged for a TorStar digital property. Currently, she volunteers for a writers' association
and keeps its membership informed using social networking and by blogging about potential writing markets.
Whether it is to improve design, clarify content, or create interest, Valerie finds interesting ways of catching the audience's attention with visual cues and insightful messaging.
Valerie's creative work has been internationally published.
Valerie works with WordPress, Blogger, and Typepad, and practises coding HTML and CSS in her free time.
